Who we are
Anekvio makes the free web tools at anekvio.com. By using them, you agree to these terms. Our Android apps have their own terms on Google Play, and those apply to them.
Using the tools
The tools are free and need no account. You may use them for personal or work purposes. Please don’t attack, overload or try to break the site, copy it in bulk with automated tools, or send automated or bulk submissions through our forms.
Your files
Our tools process your files in your browser, and our code doesn’t upload them to us. Your files remain yours, and you are responsible for having the right to use the files you open. Don’t use Anekvio tools to create false or altered documents, imitate someone else’s signature, or do anything illegal.
Check your results
Our tools aim to meet the rules you enter, such as a file size, pixels or a format, and each tool checks its own results. But forms and their requirements change, and we can’t guarantee that a form or portal will accept a file. Always check the official instructions and the preview before you submit, and keep your original files.
Exam and form rules
Rules shown on our pages are copied from official notices and linked to them, with the date we last checked. Notices change, so always confirm the rules in the official notice before you apply. We are not affiliated with any government, exam, recruitment or visa body.
Suggestions and messages
When you send us a suggestion or a message, you allow us to use your idea to improve or build tools, without payment or any obligation to you. Please don’t include personal or confidential information. Our privacy policy explains how we handle what you send.
Ads and links
The tools are paid for by ads. Ads come from third parties such as Google, and we don’t control or endorse what they show. Links to other websites, including government websites, are for convenience and aren’t endorsements.
No warranty
The tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change, pause or stop any tool at any time.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Anekvio isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed deadlines, refused applications or lost files, arising from your use of the tools.
Our content
The design, text and code of this site belong to Anekvio. You’re welcome to link to any page; please don’t copy pages wholesale.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
